Since our launch in 2017, we actively showcase and promote all industry sectors, organizations and the North Fork region to consumer, trade and media audiences to create awareness of the region, promote its unique experiences, and increase recognition of the quality goods produced and services offered. We support the community effort to maintain quality of life and to preserve the natural resources that make the North Fork a very special place.

North Fork Authentic built community, connected new and evergreen producers with new buyers and audiences, helped launch North Fork brands and increased overall awareness of the North Fork as a provider of high-quality food, beverage, agriculture and aquaculture products.

TOWN / VILLAGE PROMOTIONS
Filling in the gaps of regional organizations in overlooked, underserved communities to promote local businesses, we created awareness and stimulated the local economy in shoulder seasons, engaging local, regional and national audiences of 60,000+ through an integrated sweepstakes promotion and communications campaign.

Highly successful month-long integrated sweepstakes communications program creating awareness for Cutchogue as a year-round destination to visit, stay, dine, shop and experience all this great hamlet has to offer.
‘Savor Peconic On Us’
Highly successful month-long integrated sweepstakes communications program creating awareness for Peconic as a year-round destination to visit, stay, dine, shop and experience all this great hamlet has to offer.
WHOLESALE, TRANSPORTATION & LOGISTICS
Designed to address the need for an intra-regional food distribution and supply-chain solution for farmers, food producers and hospitality businesses.
North Fork Authentic provided concierge food distribution that expanded reach and delivery to new customers beyond the North Fork to the entire East End, western Suffolk County, Nassau County, New York City metro and up the coast of Maine, increasing awareness and sales.
A short list of producers served included: Aldo’s, Bhavana Berries, Briermere Farms, Catapano Goat Farm, cHarissa, Crescent Duck, Garden Fusion, Harbor Lights Oysters, Latham’s Farm, North Fork Flower Farm, North Fork Potato Chips, Orient Berry Farm, Sang Lee Farms, Satur Farms, Schmitt’s Farms, Simply Nicki’s, A Taste of the North Fork, Wells Farm and more.
Expanded Sales Channels
North Fork Authentic functioned as wholesaler to expand the volume and reach of North Fork oyster and related accessory sales, selling in programs to a variety of overlooked hospitality chains. These buyer partners were also interested in the entire North Fork ‘portfolio’ of farm fresh goods.
