North Fork Authentic built community, connected new and evergreen producers with new buyers and audiences, helped launch North Fork brands and increased overall awareness of the North Fork as a provider of high-quality food, beverage, agriculture and aquaculture products.

We presented 20 diverse producers from all categories in a North Fork branded booth at North America’s largest specialty food show focused on 23,000 qualified global buyers. Our daily food & beverage tastings drove traffic, awareness, understanding and sales of the high quality, diverse ‘portfolio’ of goods produced on the North Fork.
This springboard launched Simply Nicki, connected Holy Schmitt’s Horseradish, Backyard Brine, North Fork Potato Chips, Crescent Duck, The Organic Harvest, I&me Farm, North Fork Flower Farm, cHarissa, Taste of the North Fork, Darious Date Cookie, The Lenz Winery, Race Wines, Greenport Harbor Brewery, LI Spirits and many others to new markets that resulted in increased awareness and sales. The Media and bloggers featured the North Fork and specific producers in print and digital consumer and trade publications.
