Locally grown and hand-harvested in Southold near Shelter Island, their oysters are best served and slurped in the natural brine. Their oysters benefit from the Peconic Bay’s strong tidal flow and pristine waters that infuse nutrients to nurture growth, producing a succulent oyster. They practice sustainable aquaculture and are New York State Grown and Certified.

Also offering private charters aboard a vintage 1936 wooden Chris-Craft, On the Half-Shell. Book your sunset cruise with complementary Founders Oysters and local North Fork bubbly.
