Peconic Pearls

Peconic Pearls are premium oysters grown by members of the Noank Aquaculture Cooperative in Peconic Bay.

Their oysters are grown to look pretty, taste great and best of all raise proceeds for projects that benefit the Peconic Estuary. The oysters are deep cup with a signature sweetness and delicate brine typical to the Peconic Estuary. The mineral finish is always a pleasant surprise. The seed is grown in a modern marine hatchery located at Shellfisher Preserve in Southold.
