North Fork Big Oyster is a family owned and operated oyster farm that produces boutique Peconic oysters for restaurants, events and oyster lovers of all stripes in and around New York.

Their LouLou Belle oysters are briny and buttery, raised in the waters between Shelter Island and Southold. Their oysters are carefully grown and harvested using sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
