Established in 2017, Leslie and her team at Matchbook works with clients to create the custom spirits they dream up, always prioritizing the science, tradition, anthropology and agriculture that make the art of alcohol so special. They provide turn-key solutions from distilling spirits to bottling to warehousing and wholesaling.

Founded by Ian and Peter in 2018, North Fork Brewing is a farm brewery dedicated to creating craft beer anchored in the rich North Fork traditions of agriculture, hard work, and good times. Located in a renovated firehouse with their hopyard in Peconic, they place emphasis on local product. Many of their beers are made with regard to seasonal produce and the uniquely grown crops (and yeast) that can be found locally.

They specialize in small batch brews made with local ingredients, with names like Nude Beach, Forbidden Fruit and 114 IPA. Each brew is lovingly concocted and made by owner/brewer Jim Hull. Their staple selection of beers are supplemented with an ever-changing selection of seasonal beers.

Twin Stills, established in 1926, produces O’Old Tymer Moonshine brand single batch 100 proof Long Island corn whiskey and flavor infused versions in the Portuguese tradition. Flavors include Corn Whiskey, Pumpkin Spice, Apple Pie, Hot Apple Pie, Maple Pecan, Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry, Mixed Berry, Chocolate, Honey and Coffee.
