Aldo’s Coffee Company
Since 1987, Aldo Maiorana has been roasting coffee and baking his famous biscotti and scones at his old-world-style cafe in Greenport. Today, Aldo's coffee is served in restaurants and shops across the North Fork and the Hamptons and shipped to loyal customers around the world.
Baked By Juliet
Juliet has been baking from the time she was old enough to sit on her parent’s counter and scoop sugar.
All Julia wanted for her 13th birthday was a Kitchen-Aid Mixer! 6 years later, she brought it with her to college and started making Baked By Juliet’s scones. After graduation she planned on becoming a lawyer, but realized the world has plenty of lawyers and it could always use more baked goods. She quit the law and enrolled in pastry school. She launched her new business mid-pandemic and has been baking scones and cookies ever since.
Blue Duck Bakery
The Kouris family owns and operates two bakery cafés with a wholesale production facility that delivers artisan breads and more. Husband and wife Keith & Nancy opened the first bakery cafe in 1999. Their artisan bread has no preservatives, stabilizers, or dough conditioners – the essential ingredient is the baker’s passion for his craft. Each loaf is formed by hand, assessed by eye, and subject to the baker’s judgment every step of the way. Named one of top 10 bread bakers in North America.
Briermere Farms
Briermere Farms is a fruit farm and bakery. All of their pies, breads, muffins, cookies, cakes, jams, and jellies are made right on their farm from scratch. There are no pre-prepared ingredients or fillings bought for use. Most of the fresh fruit used in their bakery is grown right on their farm.
Cedar Birch Baked Goods
Sam Lear is a classically trained pastry chef who spent more than 20 years in New York City restaurants including the Mondrian, Prix Fixe, and 44 at The Royalton. Sam and his wife have made the North Fork their home for a decade now, and these days, he bakes for fun—and for you. His baked goods are inspired by the seasons. Disset Chocolate
Artisanal chocolate producer spearheaded by Ursula XVII, a passionate chocolatier trained by world-renowned pastry chefs while working at several Michelin starred restaurants and shops in Europe and the U.S. Chef Ursula creates whimsical chocolate collections reflecting the seasons and holidays while collaborating with other North Fork producers to celebrate the bounty and diversity of the region.
Hallock’s Cider Mill

North Fork Chocolate Company
Award winning chocolatier and Executive Chef Steven Amaral creates artisanal bon bons, truffles, barks and organic bars, fudge, desserts, waffles and ice cream with passion, creativity, and love. He handcrafts “small batch” artisanal gourmet desserts using local farm and purveyor products including fresh fruits, cream, sea salt, herbs, honey, wine and spirits. His goal is to help more local businesses, farmers, crafters, and food artisans realize their dreams.

Orient Country Store

The Biscotti Company
The Biscotti Company is an artisan bakery that focuses on creating handcrafted biscotti made from almonds, chocolate, and nutritious, natural ingredients. Founded in 2021 by Bruno LoGreco this startup makes delicious biscotti based on his Nona’s recipes – over 200 years old.
