Browder’s Birds
A family-farm, Chris & Holly Browder raise poultry, eggs, ducks, turkeys, sheep and bees. All poultry is Certified Organic by NOFA-NY.
Little Creek Oysters
Little Creek Oysters in Greenport is the mecca for the largest variety of super fresh oysters and other shellfish – grilled or chilled, chowders, charcuterie and pintxos – best paired with local wines and craft beer. Some of their featured oysters include Oysterponds Selects, Orient Point Pearls, Mermaid Makeouts, Peconic Golds and more. Try them all and compare for a delicious taste test while enjoying the casual, chill vibe while looking out at the harbor.
Castello di Borghese
In 1998 Alex & Louisa Hargrave, pioneers of the vineyards Long Island, sold to Ann Marie and Marco Borghese, a couple who loved wine and had deep respect for tradition, and whose noble heritage date back to medieval Italy.
In 1999 the vineyard was renamed Castello di Borghese – producing award-winning wines. In 2014, their children took over and proudly continue the legacy of producing superb, sophisticated wines that have won numerous international awards. They are often listed as Borghese Vineyard and Winery.
North Fork Table & Inn
North Fork Table & Inn is an East End institution, celebrating the bounty of Long Island's farms, vineyards and waterways. Restaurateur & Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser and his team have revitalized the historic property and reimagined the dining experience, while staying true to the ethos he shares with the founding owners.
Catapano Dairy Farm
Catapano has a long history as farmers dating back to the early 1900’s in Brooklyn, then heading east to
settle in Southold in 1986. The 4th generation continues the farming tradition – producing sustainably grown fruits, vegetables, annual and perennial plants, flowers, free range chicken and eggs, ducks, sheep, grass fed beef, honey and a variety of fruit jams, baked goods and more.
Catapano Farms
Founded in 2003 by Karen & Michael Catapano as a small goat farm making artisanal cheeses, they won first prize at the the American Cheese Society Annual National Competition, and recognition soon followed.
Under the direction of new owners Erin & Connor they continue the legacy, producing premium goat cheeses and skin care products. With a herd of 100+ goats, the farm is thriving and the goats, and visitors, very happy!

Porto Bello
Porto Bello, a North Fork gem, located on Greenport’s Stirling Harbor, offers Northern Italian fare and fresh, local seafood, small plates, cocktails, and North Fork wines. Cedar Birch Baked Goods
Sam Lear is a classically trained pastry chef who spent more than 20 years in New York City restaurants including the Mondrian, Prix Fixe, and 44 at The Royalton. Sam and his wife have made the North Fork their home for a decade now, and these days, he bakes for fun—and for you. His baked goods are inspired by the seasons. The Chequit
The Chequit, established in 1872 and lovingly refurbished, is a seaside hotel perched over Dering Harbor that offers rooms, suites, casual and fine dining both indoors and out. Chronicle Wines
In 2017, Alie Shaper (Brooklyn Oenology, Haywater Cove and As If Wines) and Robin Epperson-McCarthy (Saltbird Cellars) joined forces and opened a tasting room on the North Fork. In 2019, Alie and Robin launched Chronicle Wines, binding together their wine “stories”, tasting room, and community experiences within one collective. Most recently, they dreamt up VINette, the breezy, dry canned spritzers made with local grapes + all-natural flavors.
The Frisky Oyster
The Frisky Oyster offers imaginative cuisine in a sophisticated atmosphere. Behind the modern facade is a creative American bistro boasting local ingredients & a hipster vibe. The menu is updated daily to showcase the most exceptional, local ingredients. The local and international wine lists are personally selected to compliment the menu.
Coffee Pot Cellars
Coffee Pot Cellars, named New York State’s Best Rosé producer in 2019, is a family-owned boutique producer of high quality wines that have received a variety of awards.
Corey Creek Tap Room
Corey Creek produces hand crafted small batch wines of a wide variety – all sustainably grown on the North Fork, all excellent quality. Grapes are picked and sorted by hand.
Cornell Oysters
Cornell Oysters was started in 2003 by father and son team Roger and Tom Cornell. Father Roger was a commercial fisherman and lobsterman, but needed to find a new path to survive when Mother Nature did not cooperate. Cornell’s SPAT program provided oyster farming know-how, and 16 years later Cornell Oysters (Hog Necks brand) is an established favorite on both forks.
The Halyard
The Halyard celebrates the region’s produce and brings it to your plate – direct from local foragers, farmers, growers and fishermen.
